Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be extended.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Availability of shipping services may vary depending on your location.
Certain remote areas, islands, military addresses, or restricted regions may require additional delivery time or may not be eligible for shipping.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout unless your order qualifies for a free shipping promotion.
Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment is completed.
5. Order Tracking
When available, tracking information will be sent via email after your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery dates shown during checkout are estimates only.
Actual delivery times may vary due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

KYMERA is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or other third parties.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated during checkout.
KYMERA has no control over these fees and cannot estimate their amount.
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delays, refusal of delivery, or the return of the shipment.
Any additional costs resulting from unpaid customs charges may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by applicable law.
8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or additional carrier charges may occur.
If an order has not yet been processed, we will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address upon request.
Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
KYMERA is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided.

Please note that shipping investigations may take several business days depending on the carrier.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:
- Photographing the package before opening it.
- Photographing any damage to the product.
- Contacting us within 7 days of delivery.

We will review your claim and determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.
11. Refused Deliveries
If a shipment is refused by the customer, returned because customs duties or taxes were not paid, or returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, the customer may be responsible for:
- Return shipping charges
- Carrier fees
- Customs charges
- Import duties
- Storage fees
- Administrative costs
These costs may be deducted from any eligible refund where permitted by law.
12. Delivery Confirmation
A shipment may be considered delivered once the shipping carrier records it as delivered to the address provided during checkout.
If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors.
- Checking around your property.
- Contacting the shipping carrier.
- Contacting your local post office or courier.
KYMERA will make reasonable efforts to assist with carrier investigations but cannot guarantee reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

KYMERA shall not be liable for shipping delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
